Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Rice, pasta, or quinoa for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and then add them to the pan.
  3. Sauté the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. Add the minced garlic and stir into the pan, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the broccoli and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until tender yet crisp.
  6. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until it wilts, about 2 minutes.
