- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and allow it to thicken slightly.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve over pasta, chicken, or veggies.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Be careful not to burn the garlic; sauté only until it’s fragrant.
