Description

A quick and easy Garlic Cream Sauce that adds rich flavor to any dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer and allow it to thicken slightly.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and serve over pasta, chicken, or veggies.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Be careful not to burn the garlic; sauté only until it’s fragrant.
