- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- Add the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Mix the chicken broth, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl, then pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
