Description

A simple and delicious side dish featuring garlic, Parmesan cheese, and healthy broccoli.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and a splash of water; cover and steam for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Remove the lid, stir in the Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook for an additional minute until the cheese is melted and the broccoli is evenly coated.
