- 100 g granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- Powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix together the almond flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and orange blossom water to the dry ingredients. Stir until you have a soft dough.
- Flour your hands lightly and shape the dough into balls about the size of a walnut.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and slightly flatten them.
- Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Let them rest for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
For best results, use fine almond flour and avoid overbaking for a soft center.
