Description
Enjoy stress-free mornings with these light and fluffy sheet pan pancakes. Perfect for family gatherings or a simple brunch!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter plus more for the pan
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Generously grease a standard 13×9 inch baking pan with butter.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until everything is well blended.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; don’t overmix—it’s okay if a few lumps remain!
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to spread it gently, if necessary.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and cut into squares immediately. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
