Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- Butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice, buttered side down, on the skillet.
- Layer the cheese, sliced avocado, and tomato on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, cut in half, and serve immediately.
Notes
