- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Olive oil for cooking
- Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
- Tzatziki sauce for serving
- Sliced cucumbers and tomatoes for garnish
Instructions
- Start by grabbing a large bowl. Combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined and form the mixture into meatballs of your desired size.
- Heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the meatballs to the skillet. Cook them for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browning on all sides and cooked through.
- Time to serve! Place the meatballs on a bed of cooked rice or quinoa. Top them generously with crumbled feta cheese and a drizzle of tzatziki sauce. Finish it off by garnishing with fresh slices of cucumber and tomato.
