Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for about 400°F. Clean and oil the grates.
- Pat your chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Brush each chicken breast with a light coat of olive oil.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
- Place the chicken on the hottest part of the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes without moving them.
- Flip the chicken once it releases easily from the grill. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
