Description

Juicy and tender grilled chicken, perfect for family gatherings and easy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (for brushing chicken)
  • 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • ½ tsp Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika (for color and flavor)
  • Optional — Marinade of choice (lemon herb, teriyaki, BBQ, etc.)
  • Optional — Fresh herbs (for garnish)
  • Optional — Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for about 400°F. Clean and oil the grates.
  2. Pat your chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush each chicken breast with a light coat of olive oil.
  4. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
  5. Place the chicken on the hottest part of the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes without moving them.
  6. Flip the chicken once it releases easily from the grill. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing or serving.

Notes

Pound the chicken evenly to ensure proper cooking, and let it rest before slicing for the best results.
