A comforting casserole that combines the hearty flavors of ground beef with creamy mushroom soup and pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces pasta (such as elbow macaroni)
- 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- Combine the cooked beef mixture, pasta, cream of mushroom soup, milk, Italian seasoning, and half of the cheese in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t overcook the pasta to avoid a mushy casserole. Customize the cheese and season to taste.
