Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup whole grain croutons
  • 2 whole wheat wraps
  • Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
