- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in the zucchini and bell pepper; cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta and toss it with the vegetable mixture in the skillet.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
