Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed colorful veggies (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to create your sauce.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken until it’s browned and fully cooked through; this should take about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour your homemade sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the sticky chicken over a bed of cooked rice and top it with fresh, colorful veggies.

Garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions for added flavor and presentation.
