Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create a flavorful marinade.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for about 20 minutes to infuse flavors.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked and caramelized.
