- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
- 2 cups cooked fried rice
- 1 cup mixed sautéed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, onions)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the sliced sirloin steak, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the mixed sautéed vegetables and cooked fried rice. Drizzle with soy sauce and stir to combine.
- Serve your creation in bowls, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
