Easy and flavorful hibachi steak bowls featuring juicy sirloin steak, colorful sautéed vegetables, and fried rice, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked fried rice
  • 1 cup mixed sautéed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, onions)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the sliced sirloin steak, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the mixed sautéed vegetables and cooked fried rice. Drizzle with soy sauce and stir to combine.
  5. Serve your creation in bowls, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
