Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. If you want to add some carbs, mix in the cooked pasta!
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish, making sure it covers the bottom.
- Top it all off with grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
