Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Layer the sliced zucchini at the bottom of the dish, spreading them evenly.
  4. Place the sliced chicken breasts on top of the zucchini.
  5. Mix the Greek yogurt with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  6. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the chicken.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
