Description

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup oil (olive or vegetable)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 anchovy fillets (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the egg yolks, minced garlic, anchovy fillets (if using), and lemon juice in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender while slowly adding the oil to create a thick dressing.
  3. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
