Description
A creamy and flavorful Caesar salad dressing made without anchovies, perfect for family gatherings and quick meals.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup mayo (use vegan if desired)
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 1–2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil (approx.)
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add all of your ingredients into the food processor except for the olive oil.
- Select the “puree” option on your food processor and blend the ingredients until well combined.
- Slowly add one tablespoon of olive oil while it’s pureeing, then turn off the machine.
- Taste the dressing and add more olive oil for creaminess if desired.
- Transfer the dressing into a container with a tight lid and store it in the refrigerator.
Notes
Chill the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavor. Use fresh ingredients for the best taste.
