Ingredients

- 1 cup mayo (preferably Hellmann’s Vegan Mayo)
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 1–2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Grab your food processor for this part—it’s going to make everything a lot easier!
- Add all your ingredients except the olive oil into the processor.
- Begin pureeing your ingredients until you achieve a creamy mixture.
- Slowly drizzle in one tablespoon of olive oil while it pulses.
- Taste your dressing and adjust thickness with more oil if desired.
- Pour into a container and refrigerate for 3-4 days.
