  3. Begin pureeing your ingredients until you achieve a creamy mixture.
  4. Slowly drizzle in one tablespoon of olive oil while it pulses.
  5. Taste your dressing and adjust thickness with more oil if desired.
  6. Pour into a container and refrigerate for 3-4 days.
