Delicious, easy-to-make pizza pockets filled with gooey mozzarella and your favorite toppings, perfect for snacks or meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or your choice of toppings)
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into circles.
  3. Place a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices on one half of each circle.
  4. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

Don’t overstuff the pockets to avoid leaking. Experiment with different fillings for variety.
