Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Wash and slice Brussels sprouts in half and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and ginger.
- Make the Honey-Garlic Sauce: Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
- Sauté the Brussels Sprouts: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add Brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Combine and Simmer: Pour in the honey-garlic sauce and let it simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top before serving.
Notes
For added crunch, top with toasted sesame seeds or peanuts. Adjust the sauce sweetness to your preference.
