  • 2 Italian sausages, casings removed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it into pieces as it cooks.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Add honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes to the skillet, stirring until well combined.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is coated in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
