- 2 Italian sausages, casings removed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it into pieces as it cooks.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes to the skillet, stirring until well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is coated in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
