Description
Delicious chicken marinated in a sweet and spicy honey sauce, topped with crumbled feta.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Mix together the honey, olive oil, hot sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in the greased baking dish and generously coat them with the marinade.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 22–28 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the oven and add the crumbled feta on top. Broil for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with pan sauce.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for at least 15 minutes for more intense flavor.
