Ingredients
4–6 ripe bananas, sliced into rounds
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 pint chocolate ice cream
1 pint strawberry ice cream
1 cup chocolate sauce
1 cup strawberry sauce or puree
1 cup caramel sauce
2 cups whipped cream (fresh or canned)
½ cup chopped walnuts, pecans, or peanuts
¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
8–10 maraschino cherries with stems
4–6 parfait glasses or sundae dishes
Instructions
1. Chill parfait glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes before assembling. Let ice cream soften at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
2. Slice bananas into ¼-inch rounds just before assembly. Prepare all other fruits and have sauces ready.
3. Place 4-5 banana slices in the bottom of each chilled glass.
