Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, celery, red onion, pickles, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce or in bread/wraps.
