Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound Ground Beef (or turkey, or plant-based)
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups Cooked White Rice (or brown rice, or quinoa)
- 1 cup Sour Cream (or yogurt, or dairy-free alternatives)
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce
- 4 large Flour Tortillas (or whole wheat, or gluten-free)
- 2 tablespoons Butter or Oil (or olive oil, or non-stick spray)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess grease.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the meat. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef, cooked rice, sour cream, nacho cheese sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and chipotle sauce. Mix until fully combined.
- Lay out each flour tortilla. Spoon an equal amount of filling onto the center of each.
- Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- In the same skillet, heat butter or oil. Place burritos seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and repeat.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half.
