Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef (or turkey, or plant-based)
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Cooked White Rice (or brown rice, or quinoa)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream (or yogurt, or dairy-free alternatives)
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas (or whole wheat, or gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or Oil (or olive oil, or non-stick spray)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess grease.
  2. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the meat. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef, cooked rice, sour cream, nacho cheese sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and chipotle sauce. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Lay out each flour tortilla. Spoon an equal amount of filling onto the center of each.
  5. Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  6. In the same skillet, heat butter or oil. Place burritos seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and repeat.
  7. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half.

Notes

Perfect for customization; use leftovers or add vegetables for variety. Can be made vegetarian or healthier with substitutions.
