Keto Chicken Alfredo – creamy, cheesy, and perfectly low-carb. A comforting casserole that’s easy to make and family-approved.
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
3. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden brown.
4. Prepare Alfredo sauce: simmer cream, garlic, and cream cheese, then stir in parmesan.
5. Combine chicken with sauce in casserole dish.
6. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake 25–30 minutes.
7. Rest 5–10 minutes before serving, garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of crushed red pepper.
Swap chicken thighs with turkey breast if preferred.
Store leftovers in fridge for 3 days, reheat gently.
