Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cream cheese, 2 cups of mozzarella, parmesan, and eggs together in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading it into a thin layer.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until it turns a lovely golden color.
  5. Grab a skillet and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  7. Stir in the marinara sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  8. Assemble in a baking dish, layering the keto noodles, ricotta, meat mixture, and additional mozzarella.
  9. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients and top with the remaining mozzarella.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  11. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using fresh basil or parsley on top before serving.
