Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • Zest of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 10 oz graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh whipped cream (for topping)
  • Lime slices & extra zest (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend the softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, fresh lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream along with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until fluffy and well combined.
  4. Stir the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  5. Layer the graham cracker mix and lime cream alternately in a trifle dish or individual cups.
  6. Finish with a final layer of lime cream on top.
  7. Add a generous dollop of fresh whipped cream and garnish with lime slices and extra zest.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
