- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup fresh whipped cream (for topping)
- Lime slices & extra zest (for garnish)
Instructions
- Blend the softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, fresh lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream along with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until fluffy and well combined.
- Stir the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
- Layer the graham cracker mix and lime cream alternately in a trifle dish or individual cups.
- Finish with a final layer of lime cream on top.
- Add a generous dollop of fresh whipped cream and garnish with lime slices and extra zest.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
