Description
A delicious blend of marinated steak, creamy sauce, and vibrant vegetables over rice, perfect for family dinners or impressing guests.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb steak (flank or sirloin), sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sliced steak with soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the marinated steak until it reaches your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- After cooking, remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
- Keep the skillet on medium heat, add the heavy cream and sriracha, stirring until everything combines and heats through.
- To assemble your bowls, place a generous helping of cooked rice in each bowl, top with the cooked steak, and drizzle with the spicy cream sauce.
- Finish off your bowls with sliced green onions and any optional veggies you’d like to add. Serve immediately.
Notes
