Ingredients

1 lb beef (ground or flank)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated ginger
Cooked rice
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
1. Marinate beef with soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger for 15-30 minutes.
2. Heat skillet over medium-high and cook beef 3-4 minutes per side.
3. Let beef rest 5 minutes.
4. Serve over rice, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
