Description

Delicious Korean chicken breasts marinated in a sweet and savory glaze, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Steamed rice (for serving)
  • Steamed vegetables (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Combine the soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, honey (or sugar), vegetable oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Serve the chicken hot, alongside steamed rice and vegetables.

Notes

For a deeper flavor, marinate overnight before cooking. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds for presentation.
