- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the cream cheese and mix well until combined.
- Spread the blueberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the blueberry filling and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Top it off with fresh blueberries and drizzle the melted butter over everything.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
