Description

A vibrant and delightful snack inspired by St. Patrick’s Day, combining buttery popcorn with melted green chocolate and sweet sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag of popcorn
  • 1 cup of green chocolate melts
  • 1 cup of sprinkles (green and gold)
  • 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup of pretzels (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn according to package instructions and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Melt the green chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn and gently stir to coat.
  4. Add the sprinkles, mini marshmallows, and pretzels (if using) to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Spread the popcorn mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it cool before serving.
