Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with these fun and festive Lucky Charms Rice Krispie Treats that are quick to make and delicious to eat!
Ingredients

- 1 bag (10 oz) miniature marshmallows (about 6 cups)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cups crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies)
- 3 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- Optional: Non-stick cooking spray
- Optional: ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt for sprinkling
- Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the baking pan: Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix your cereals: In a large bowl, combine the crispy rice cereal and Lucky Charms.
- Melt the marshmallows: In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat, then add the miniature marshmallows until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cereals: Remove the pot from heat and fold the cereals into the melted marshmallow.
- Press into the pan: Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press firmly to create a flat top.
- Cool and cut: Let the treats cool completely, then lift out and cut into 24 squares.
Notes
For added flare, drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with edible glitter for a festive touch.
