Description
Fun and festive cinnamon rolls topped with vibrant green icing and rainbow sprinkles, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can Immaculate Baking Company cinnamon rolls (5 count)
- 4–5 drops green gel food coloring
- 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a round baking pan. Grease it lightly or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Open the can of cinnamon rolls and arrange them in the pan as instructed on the package. Set aside the icing container for later.
- Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until they turn golden brown and are entirely cooked through.
- While the cinnamon rolls are baking, take the icing container and mix in 4-5 drops of green gel food coloring. Stir vigorously until there are no more white streaks visible.
- Once the rolls are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for about 5-10 minutes.
- Spread the vibrant green icing generously over the warm rolls.
- Finally, while the icing is still sticky, sprinkle the rainbow sprinkles on top.
Notes
Keep an eye on the rolls to avoid overbaking. They are best when the icing is applied while warm.
