Description

A nostalgic treat combining creamy peanut butter and velvety chocolate, perfect for family gatherings and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter until everything is well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch pan.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a separate bowl, then stir in the additional peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate topping over the peanut butter base and spread it evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until it sets completely.
  6. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle some sea salt on top of the chocolate layer.
