Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.
- Mix together the olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the glaze over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, giving them space apart.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even roasting.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
