Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Mix together the olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the glaze over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, giving them space apart.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even roasting.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
