Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that combines the flavors of a classic banana split, perfect for summer gatherings and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well mixed.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Layer the sliced bananas and strawberries over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Drizzle the chocolate syrup generously over the layers of fruit.
  6. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld together.

Notes
