Description

A creamy and delightful no-bake cheesecake layered with graham cracker crumbs and cherry pie filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 7 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and then set aside.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until it becomes smooth.
  3. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until everything combines harmoniously.
  4. Next, add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir well to incorporate.
  5. Set six plastic 9-ounce punch cups on the counter or a cookie sheet for easy filling.
  6. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker crumb mixture into the bottom of each cup, then press down lightly.
  7. Add approximately 3 tablespoons of the cheesecake mixture to each cup and spread it out evenly.
  8. Evenly distribute half of the cherry pie filling among the 6 cups, saving the other half for the next layer.
  9. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker crumb mixture over the cherry layer.
  10. Divide the remaining cheesecake mixture evenly between the 6 cups and smooth it out.
  11. Finally, layer the reserved cherry pie filling on top of the cheesecake mixture in each cup, followed by a light sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs for that final touch.
  12. Serve immediately or chill for up to 24 hours before serving.

Notes

Chill for a few hours or overnight to enhance the flavors. Garnish with whipped cream and a cherry for extra indulgence.
