Description

A creamy and decadent no-bake dessert that layers graham crackers with vanilla pudding and chocolate frosting, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting
  • 1/4 cup milk (for thinning frosting, if needed)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk in a mixing bowl until smooth. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
  3. Layer graham crackers on the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
  6. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers on top.
  7. Microwave the chocolate frosting for about 15 seconds to thin it, if necessary. Spread over the top layer of graham crackers.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  9. Slice and serve the cake cool.

Notes
