Description

Delicious and healthy no-bake cookie dough bites made with almond flour, peanut butter, and chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the bites on a parchment-lined plate or container.
