- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the bites on a parchment-lined plate or container.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
