Description

Delicious no-bake bars combining creamy peanut butter with a rich chocolate topping, perfect for gatherings and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup of peanut butter and 1/2 cup of softened butter in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Gradually mix in 2 cups of powdered sugar and 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs until fully combined.
  3. Press the mixture into an even layer in a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  4. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
