- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of heavy cream until the mixture is light and fluffy. Fold in the vanilla extract gently.
- Spread the peanut butter mousse evenly over the crust you prepared.
- Heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and pour it over the chocolate chips. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or, even better, overnight before serving. Enjoy your delicious no-bake dessert!
Notes
For serving, garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or chopped peanuts. Pair with vanilla ice cream or fresh fruit for added contrast.
