Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of heavy cream until the mixture is light and fluffy. Fold in the vanilla extract gently.
  3. Spread the peanut butter mousse evenly over the crust you prepared.
  4. Heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and pour it over the chocolate chips. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or, even better, overnight before serving. Enjoy your delicious no-bake dessert!

Notes

For serving, garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or chopped peanuts. Pair with vanilla ice cream or fresh fruit for added contrast.
