Instructions

  1. Start by crushing the Oreo cookies in a food processor until you have fine crumbs.
  2. Mix these crumbs with the melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a pie dish to form a sturdy crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the creamy peanut butter with the powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  5. Take another bowl and whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold this whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, being careful not to deflate the air you just whipped into the cream.
  7. Pour the creamy filling into your prepared Oreo crust, smoothing the top for that perfect presentation.
