One-Pan Baked Feta Pasta with Chicken

Description

A comforting and flavorful one-pan meal featuring juicy chicken, sweet cherry tomatoes, and creamy feta cheese, all baked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
  • 200g Feta cheese
  • 200g Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Basil or oregano (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the chicken breasts, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese in a large baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pop the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and save some pasta water.
  6. Mix the baked chicken and feta once out of the oven.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and toss gently, using the reserved pasta water if needed.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil or oregano, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier dish, add cream cheese before mixing in the pasta.
