Ingredients

- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
- 200g Feta cheese
- 200g Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Basil or oregano (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the chicken breasts, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese in a large baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Pop the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and save some pasta water.
- Mix the baked chicken and feta once out of the oven.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss gently, using the reserved pasta water if needed.
- Garnish with fresh basil or oregano, then serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier dish, add cream cheese before mixing in the pasta.
