Ingredients
2 chicken breasts or thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter
3 cups cooked noodles
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry and season with spices.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
3. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden.
4. Remove chicken; add butter and garlic to skillet.
5. Toss in noodles until coated.
6. Return chicken to pan and cook 5 minutes more.
7. Check chicken reaches 165°F internally.
8. Rest 3 minutes before serving.
