Description
This homemade Oreo Frappuccino features rich coffee blended with crushed Oreo cookies, milk, and ice, topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. Ready in 5 minutes, it tastes better than coffee shop versions while costing a fraction of the price. Fully customizable to your preferred sweetness and coffee strength.
Ingredients
1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled completely
1 cup whole milk
2 cups ice cubes
6 Oreo cookies, divided
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Extra chocolate syrup for drizzling
1–2 crushed Oreo cookies for garnish
Instructions
1. Brew coffee at double strength and cool completely in refrigerator (at least 30 minutes).
2. Chill serving glasses in freezer for 10 minutes.
3. If making homemade whipped cream, beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
4. Break 4 Oreo cookies into quarters. Reserve 2 cookies for topping.
5. Add cold coffee and milk to blender first.
6. Add ice cubes, broken Oreos, chocolate syrup, sugar, and vanilla extract.
7. Blend on low speed for 5 seconds, then high speed for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth.
8. Check consistency—add milk if too thick, or ice if too thin.
9. Drizzle chocolate syrup around inside of chilled glasses.
10. Pour frappuccino into glasses, filling ¾ full.
11. Top with generous amount of whipped cream.
12. Drizzle chocolate syrup over whipped cream.
13. Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies on top.
14. Serve immediately with wide straws or long spoons.
Notes
Coffee must be completely cold before blending—warm coffee melts ice and creates watery drinks.
Blend for full 45 seconds for smooth, not icy texture.
Serve immediately—frappuccinos separate after 15-20 minutes.
For dairy-free: use oat milk and coconut whipped cream.
For decaf: use decaf coffee or chocolate milk for kid-friendly version.
Store in freezer up to 2 hours, re-blend before serving.
Adjust sweetness to taste—start with less sugar, add more if needed.
