Description

A creamy, garlicky Caesar salad dressing that elevates any meal, perfect for family gatherings or casual dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan or regular mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced or grated)
  • 1/2 cup grated regular or vegan parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp vegan or regular Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Into a small bowl, add all the ingredients—start with the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, minced garlic, grated parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil if you’re using it.
  2. Whisk together until completely combined and smooth. You want it to be creamy with a nice even texture.
  3. Do a quick taste test to see if you need to adjust any flavors. If you want it tangier, add a bit more lemon juice; for a garlic kick, throw in another clove!
  4. Once you’re satisfied with the taste, transfer the dressing to a jar and store it as needed. Enjoy it right away, or let the flavors meld in the fridge for a couple of hours for an even tastier experience.

Notes

Store the dressing for up to a week in the fridge in an airtight container. It can also be frozen for up to three months.
