Description
A creamy, garlicky Caesar salad dressing that elevates any meal, perfect for family gatherings or casual dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup vegan or regular mayonnaise
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 garlic cloves (minced or grated)
- 1/2 cup grated regular or vegan parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp vegan or regular Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil (optional)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Into a small bowl, add all the ingredients—start with the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, minced garlic, grated parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil if you’re using it.
- Whisk together until completely combined and smooth. You want it to be creamy with a nice even texture.
- Do a quick taste test to see if you need to adjust any flavors. If you want it tangier, add a bit more lemon juice; for a garlic kick, throw in another clove!
- Once you’re satisfied with the taste, transfer the dressing to a jar and store it as needed. Enjoy it right away, or let the flavors meld in the fridge for a couple of hours for an even tastier experience.
Notes
Store the dressing for up to a week in the fridge in an airtight container. It can also be frozen for up to three months.
